Answers to Your Questions
Will we be able to edit our website?
Does the website come with ongoing support?
How easy is it to make edits on the website?
Is there a discount for non-profits?
Yes! We love non-profit organizations and recognize the value they bring to our communities across the U.S. and internationally. If you're a non-profit, we'll give you $200 off your website setup with the QuickStart or Premium packages! Note: discount does not apply to DIY Basic package.
Do I need ongoing maintenance?
Rest assured Gradelink's accessible, trustworthy, and capable team will manage your website so you can focus on running your school or organization.
Does my website need to be accessible?
Yes! In recent years, website accessibility has been an increasing point of concern for many organizations, in part due to recent updates to laws relating to accessibility (such as Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973). There has also been an uptick in the frequency of lawsuits brought against establishments that are not compliant with such laws. The education sector is no different from any other industry in this regard, and could easily be targeted by accessibility lawyers. Legal ramifications aside, wouldn't you want your website to be accessible to people with disabilities? Gradelink school websites are designed to meet at least 95% of the requirements to ensure accessibility for most site visitors.

*Update requests include website related requests such as minor design updates, wording changes, document uploads, and guidance for school staff on making changes to the website. Update requests have a maximum of one allocated hours per month. Unused hours for maintenance requests may be accumulated up to a maximum of three hours. Any additional hours per month that exceed the one hour monthly allocation, or the three hour accumulation cap may incur additional project based fees at Gradelink’s discretion.
